Massage:
The dosage for adults for full body massage is about 5-8 drops / 30ml of carrier oil. For children, half the dosage. (Note that not all oils are suitable for children).

Bath / Sauna:

As a sauna scent:
2-3 drops / 500ml of steam water.
Fragrance lantern:
Essential oils affect emotions particularly through scent. They can alleviate tension, irritation, or other negative feelings and enhance feelings of well-being and happiness.
Add about 5-10 drops of essential oil (depending on the size of the room and the strength of the oil) to a filled fragrance lantern with water. Light a tealight candle at the bottom of the lantern. As the candle heats the water, it spreads the scent of the essential oil and its beneficial effects into the room and mind.

For laundry:

For pregnant women:
Only use mild oils, such as orange, mandarin, sandalwood, and grapefruit. In facial care products, you can also use rose. The dosage should be only half of the recommended dosage for adults.
Usage restrictions:
Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Avoid the eye area, mucous membranes, or broken skin. Not for internal use. Keep out of reach of children. Oils are best stored in a cool place.
