In addition to apple cider vinegar, the Wild Nettle conditioning rinse contains Finnish wild nettle and rosemary, which enhance hair growth and reduce hair loss. The herbal extracts used in the conditioning rinses are made by us from scratch in Flow Cosmetics' own factory. We also add soothing lavender essential oil and refreshing organic peppermint to the Wild Nettle conditioning rinse.
Usage instructions
Flow Wild Nettle hair rinse is a concentrated product that must be diluted with water before use.
- Use the rinse after shampooing
- Rinse off if necessary or use as a leave-in treatment
How do I mix the rinse?
- Shake the conditioning rinse bottle to mix the extracts well
- Measure about 10-20ml of concentrate (about 1-2 capfuls) into a bottle or cup, and add 100-200ml of warm water. If the ends of your hair are very dry and damaged, you can make a stronger mixture. For short hair, a slightly weaker mixture is sufficient.
- Wash your hair with a shampoo bar (also suitable with other shampoos)
- Rinse thoroughly and towel dry excess water.
- Pour the conditioning rinse evenly throughout your hair.
- You can rinse your hair lightly with water if desired or leave the treatment in your hair. The treatment is more effective if you leave it in your hair.
An vinegar-based hair rinse is the perfect partner for shampoo bars. We particularly recommend rinsing after washing with a shampoo bar for beginners, as it helps to quickly eliminate any potentially sticky reaction that may occur in the early stages from the hair.

Vinegar rinse has traditionally been used to stimulate hair growth, cleanse the scalp, and balance oil production. The hair rinse removes soap residues from the hair, so we recommend using the rinse if your hair feels sticky after washing with a shampoo bar.
Please note that the rinse has a strong vinegar smell, but when diluted, the scent is not as strong. The smell of vinegar dissipates as the hair dries.
